You need to install FileZilla

Filezilla Instructions

Step 1: If you haven't installed Filezilla, you can download it here. If you have Filezilla already, skip to step 2.

Step 2: Save the FTP configuration received from Ruida on your desktop.

Step 3: Double-click on the download file.

Step 4: An "Open File - Security Warning" dialog will open. Press the "Run" button. The file is safe to run on your computer.

Step 5: An "Registry Editor" dialog will open. Press the "Yes" button.

Step 6: You should get a successful confirmation dialog.

Step 7: Open Filezilla and go to File > Site Manager. You should see your cPanel FTP listed. Click on it and connect using your password.

Do you have another ftp client ? Please ask Ruida for the configure information

Without FTP client :

(old system, please use only if you do not want to install an ftp client like FileZilla or other.

Download file on ftpruida1 (DOWNLOAD)
Access sent by Ruida (user and password)
